    Superintendent: Group Capital Projects (CSI & SLP)

     

    • Liaise with stakeholders/beneficiaries to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
    • Make sure that stakeholders/beneficiaries’ needs are met as projects are defined and managed as the project evolves.
    • Prepare project scope, associated budgets and analyse risks or opportunities
    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
    • Ensure compliance to the construction industry standards and that requirements are met through conducting frequent quality assurance assessments
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with planning and schedule management
    • Oversee all procurement management activities for the projects
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
    • Act as the point of contact, report and communicate project status to all participants
    • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement)
    • Participate in tender adjudication and conduct
    • Complete all Due Diligence comparisons
    • Compile capital project progress reports
