Responsibilities

Job Overview:

• Manages the distribution functions of a large size operation inclusive of orders, warehousing and fleet management.
• Develops and maintains optimum sales and delivery plans. Effectively maximise market share whilst ensuring the availability of products to drive customer satisfaction.
• Organises the availability of vehicles, drivers, routes and products to meet the specified delivery schedules.
• Organise distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes & customers
• Optimise people utilisation
• Audit routes and update route & customer information
• Plan distribution incl. products, people, vehicles, routes & customers
• Manage Fleet optimisation, equipment utilisation and promotional assets                   
• Optimise stock management of final goods
• Execute customer service delivery incl. orders, product returns, queries & cash

Qualifications

• Matric
• National Diploma in Distribution and or Sales or Relevant
• Five years relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills
• Leadership
• Punctual
• IR
