• Manage local supplier quality related topics.
• Conduct ISIR for new parts.
• Conduct supplier visit/audits.
• Manage CKD suppliers.
• Action and follow-up on claims for quality related topics.
• Action CKD blockings in the plant – generate reports of findings.
• Action rework process for product and technical defects.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings with Germany regarding Quality issues.
• Conduct weekly meetings with production and logistics to remove damaged and rejected parts.
• Support disposal process with scrap supplier and SARS and generate report.
• Support Engineering with new product/part introduction, ISIR process.
• Support with change management and production investigations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant Supply Chain, Logistical and/ or Quality qualification

Skills:

• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• A focus on quality and output performance.
• Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff.
• Problem Solving skills.
• Business and technical report writing together with strong presentation skills.
• Leadership and organisational skills.
• Production Planning Skills Flexible, active and forward thinking.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years technical experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
