    Financial Controller (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Analyse financial reporting and monthly commentary for the assigned business area.
    • Improve the financial reporting and ensure the data quality.
    • Generate ad hoc reports for business areas, top management, regional management and headquarters.
    • Provide input and improve the planning processes (Budget/Forecast/Planning Round).
    • Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management and drawing up Business Cases.
    • Propose measures to improve the financial performance.
    • Ensure financial data is recorded and reported in line with local and MAN Group guidelines.
    • Perform monthly risk management and risk reporting in close collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • B Com Finance / Accounting (Honours) degree / CTA.

    Parts Sales Consultant (Cape Town)

    Description

    • Maintain maximum sales volume at correct discount budgeted margin.
    • Identify new customers in the allocated area and ensure the proper opening of customer data file.
    • Call on existing customers in allocated area on a regular basis as per the requirement of (STM).
    • Manage customer accounts & provide business management data to customers in order to improve spend.
    • Keep continuous record of customer contact details and schedule of contacts.
    • Ensure distribution of MAN related parts through all sectors of the trade and customer base.
    • Assist with all stock counts, stand by duties and stand in for the Parts Counter Salesman.

    Diesel Mechanic (Durban)

    Description

    • Accurately diagnose faults found and reported on a vehicle (trouble shooting).
    • Carry out servicing and repairs to vehicles in an efficient manner.
    • Conduct servicing according to MAN specifications and service sheet.
    • Ensure workshop quality, safety and security procedures are adhered to at all times.
    • Report any vehicle faults other than those on the job card.
    • Work accurately and timeously to achieve both efficiency and productivity to the required standards.
    • Conduct road tests on repaired vehicles as and when needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
    • N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate.

    Spray Painter (Bloemfontein)

    Description

    • Apply paint at the main body of the vehicle Work with tack wipe.
    • Perform touch ups & repairs on vehicles.
    • Responsible for stripes and black spray.
    • Responsible for proper colour coordination of paint.
    • Monitor spraying tools.
    • Prepare surfaces before the actual spraying process.

    • Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff.

    Experience:

    • 3 – 5 years technical experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment.
