Oversee the complete supply chain operations within the Manufacturing division.
Lead and manage the procurement, scheduling, inventory, and logistics teams.
Identify, monitor, and act on KPI reporting to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Deliver monthly reporting and forecasting insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage a high-performance team through effective training, leadership, and performance management.
Ensure alignment of supply chain processes with business goals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Alternatively, strong proven experience in a relevant manufacturing supply chain role may be considered.)
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems — SYSPRO and/or other MRP/MES systems is essential.
Solid analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Technologically proficient with strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
