Supply Chain Planner - Sandton at Core Group

Job Description

• Produce quarterly sales forecasts for all lines of business, and all stores.
• Optimise Supply Chain with the objective that sales are maximised with the minimum stockholding.
• Actively manage the full product range for LOB the iStore business and by store.
• Identify category growth strategies and build forecasts around this thinking.
• Plan product execution for product launches.
• Accurate forecast of sell out & sell in potential.
• Actively highlight slow sellers, EOL, iCU, Aged stock for Sale, Deal Days or promotional activities
• Plan & actively manage model stock for replenishment lines as well as optimums for new product.
• Analysis, investigation and management of stock and action plans to manage slow movers, EOL, Open Box, Returns, SOH, Faulty stock, Ageing, Celullar stock, Accessories.
• Ensure SLA with warehouse are adhered to
• Reduction and clearance of Aged stock
• Manage price protection process and reconciliation. Ensure iStore margin maintained, and actively manage sellout of product.
• Ensure successful claims from suppliers
• Daily accurate allocations and on time submission to Warehouse
• Listing of new products and maintaining Pricing, SKU codes, descriptions etc.
• Management of ordering from external suppliers
• Manage iStore stock allocation and requests, pricing queries received from Stores, Visual
• Merchandising guidelines and Accessory Range queries, communicating price changes, advising on pricing for Open Box units.
