Supply & Demand Planner at Nurture Brands

Responsibilities: 

• Analyse historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to create accurate demand forecasts
• Work with sales and marketing teams to adjust forecasts based on upcoming campaigns, new product launches, and customer insights
• Ensure demand forecasts align with supply chain capabilities to prevent overstock or stockouts
• Work together with procurement and production teams to manage stock levels
• Support the S&OP process by providing data-driven insights for decision-making
• Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
• Track forecast accuracy and identify gaps or trends for improvement
• Provide regular reports on demand trends, service levels, and inventory performance
• Liaise with key customers and distributors to align demand expectations
• Support promotional planning by incorporating marketing and sales inputs into forecasts
• Ensure Received orders are executed in full within agreed timeframes (OTIF).
• Ensure effective distribution systems are in place so that products can be distributed to customers in the most effective way.
• Ensure accurate and timeous receiving of shipped products from Nautilus and 3rd Party Suppliers.
• Ensure 3PL supplier meets all delivery KPI, (Damaged stock, short delivery and delivery of expired stock).

Requirements
What are we looking for: 

• Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management.
• 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting within the FMCG sector and Logistics.
• Computer literacy with advanced Excel, Syspro
• Works well with other team members.
• Dependable and consistent in fulfilling daily responsibilities and maintaining punctuality.
