Job Summary
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team. The Support Engineer is responsible for providing in-field installation, training and support as well as technical support to clients via phone, web, email, chat, and other channels. Attending to new installations and resolving client software problems in line with the agreed SLA. The role will also require QA testing on new software and apps that are to be deployed to ensure functionality. The Support Engineer will be required to travel to clients for on-site support.
