    Support Officer: Emerging Farmers - Ixopo

    TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Support Officer: Emerging Farmers within the Trade Division at Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal. 

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Provide a customer advisory service
    • Co-ordinate and handle all customer queries and complaints
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
    • Record the necessary information and distribute reports to relevant parties
    • Represent TWK Trade branch on sector specific events relating to emerging farmers i.e., Farmers Day & Information Day

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • At least 3 years' experience in agriculture and marketing
    • Computer literate
    • Good marketing skills  
    • Must be hard working and be able to work under pressure
    • Drivers license 
    • Willing to travel
