Support Specialist IT

Job description:

Purpose Statement
- Supporting all the Value Added Services (VAS) as well as overall team
- Providing technical support to internal departments dealing with client queries
- Dealing with internal customer queries and the resolution thereof
- Working on the VAS support desk
- Assist with testing where applicable
Experience
- At least 2 - 3 years Systems Analyst experience
- Including 1 years experience within the Value Added Services environment
- Must have proven experience in providing technical support to internal departments dealing with clientqueries
Qualifications (Minimum)
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) Knowledge
Min:
Basic knowledge & understanding of:
- Computer Systems
- Transaction switching and ISO8583 Messaging
- Databases and Query language (i.e. SQL)
Skills
- Communications Skills
- Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record
