Job Purpose

• The purpose of the Surveillance officer is to monitor and oversee the risk functions of the organization by monitoring any risk related issues on site and monitoring employees and visitors.

Job Objectives

Surveillance: 

•  Monitor movement on the premises and document suspicious activity.
•  Report activities to relevant manager to investigate.
• Investigation and Risk Management:
• Conduct investigations into breach of safety protocols and any on nonconformance issues on site.

Qualifications:

• NQF 4 Matric
• Basic Surveillance Skills
• PSIRA registration (Grade C)

Experience:

• surveillance/security officer  2-3 years
