What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• Grade 12 (NQF 4), LTS and SSA L1
• Minimum 2 years coaching experience 

The responsibilities are:

• Programme development and growth
• Assessments and re-assessments
• Computer Literate
• Weekend coaching
• Provide administrative support
• Involvement in school swimming activities
• Dynamic, motivated person who can function in a team environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Be proactive and have ability to take initiative, think independently and not require constant supervision
• The ability to adhere to policies and procedures
• Assist coaches where needed in various coaching programmes
