What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- Grade 12 (NQF 4), LTS and SSA L1
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience
The responsibilities are:
- Programme development and growth
- Assessments and re-assessments
- Computer Literate
- Weekend coaching
- Provide administrative support
- Involvement in school swimming activities
- Dynamic, motivated person who can function in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and have ability to take initiative, think independently and not require constant supervision
- The ability to adhere to policies and procedures
- Assist coaches where needed in various coaching programmes
