System Support (Collection & Recoveries) at Mr Price Group

• Monitoring and managing our internal Collection & Recoveries system

• Provide system expertise into strategy and scorecard design process with key business users

• Ensure that reports and data provide insights

• To continually review and optimize existing strategies with key business users

• Act as the system champion for the internal and partner systems

• Provide regular monthly reporting and data insights on the performance of the system on the various decision areas.

what experience we’re looking for?

• Relevant business or IT Degree/Diploma

• 3 - 5 years in a software support role where:

  • You’ve worked with SQL/ SAS and/or similar tech stack at an advanced level

  • You have experience with Collections & Recoveries platforms and tools (CollectSmart preferred)

  • You understand the credit lifecycle including store account sales, credit/lending products

  • You understand how debt collection in a call centre environment works

  • You have ability to communicate across all levels of stakeholders

  • You love working with different teams

  • You’re able to trouble shoot and problem solve
