Job Description

Effectively manage the systems development assistant with regards to service; quality and performance in order to create a culture of excellent service. Responsible to perform associated administration in the development and maintenance of applications systems.

• PTR administration updated.
• System updates done by target date.
• Minutes and action plans typed and distributed at least 2 working days before the next meeting.
• Complies with corporate identity standards.

Policy administration to be included?

• Application systems support queries investigated, resolved and feedback given to user within SLA.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints and provide feedback to customers on matters resolved.
• Oversee data entry and processes and ensure the assistant adequately manages workloads by setting targets and adjusting priorities. 
• Maintain service, quality and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards.
• Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals.
• Share knowledge on, and participate in the creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery.
• Define and implement initiatives to improve customer experience when providing service delivery.
• Maintain service, quality and desired outputs across the business process by ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards.
• Establish productive operational relationships with key stakeholders in the various channels and administrative teams.
• Develop work routines in line with operational plans / schedules in order to manage achievement of service delivery goals.
• Share knowledge on, and participate in the creation of new standards, control systems and procedures to maintain service delivery.
