Systems/Kerridge Specialist at MCE Electric

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main system administrator for the Kerridge ERP system.
• Manage user access, permissions, and profiles within Kerridge.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of the platform.
• Assisting IT with secure backup solutions on a regular basis.
• Identify and resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve system usage.
• Conducting multiple system maintenance activities for the company on the platform
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
• Liaise with Kerridge service providers for updates, upgrades, and technical support.
• Generate and maintain custom reports as required by the business.
• Implement security protocols and maintain audit trails.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
• Running promotions
• Keeping products up to date
• Assisting with future system updates and possible integrations
• Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of system integrations
• Logging out-of-scope incidents on the portal, tracking progress, and ensuring resolution

• 3+ Years experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with Kerridge (K8 or similar versions).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, system reporting tools, and data structures is advantageous
