Present finished goods and sell concept solutions – present to a minimum of ten (10) people.
Sleep away from home.
Work with the Sales team to build and grow the business.
Plan and execute daily and weekly bakery production, and implement at store level.
Build relationships with customers.
Give Technical advice.
Facilitate and train groups of people (maximum of 25 people) and be able to control them.
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create new innovative products form existing and newly developed products.
Perform under pressure during shows, presentations and store openings.
Present to different calibre of people (Management, in-house staff, Bakers).
Calculate, teach and implement costings at store level.
Perform any other duties required by the department.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Grade 12 is compulsory.
Drivers License is a requirement.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Familiarity with bakery industrial processes.
Computer Literate and proficient in excel word and PowerPoint
Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years as a baker and confectioner, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory role (managerial role advantageous); B2B is an advantage; food sector (FMCG market) is an advantage.
