Talent Acquisition Consultant at TFG (The Foschini Group)

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process – from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to identify suitable applicants for various roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job data.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and advertisements in collaboration with hiring teams.
• Engage with candidates via phone, email, and social media to build talent pipelines and promote employer branding.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening as part of the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company policies and hiring goals.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Experience and Qualifications: 

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and productivity tools like Excel and Outlook.
