    We're really interested in speaking with recruiters working at agencies and talent acquisition managers with experience in SaaS and tech sourcing who are keen to take the step into the world of embedded/in-house talent acquisition. As a Talent Acquisition Manager with us, you'll be embedded in our squads with one of our high-growth clients. We work with awesome tech startups through to Google-backed, $ billion unicorns. You'll have the full support and training of our growing, diverse team of talent enthusiasts as we continue to scale.


    • Identifying, engaging, interviewing & assessing both passive and active candidates
    • Partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to advise, guide, and influence successful hiring processes resulting in top hires
    • Managing and maintaining client expectations.
    • Creating a world-class candidate experience.
    • Gathering organizational insights and feedback to our internal teams.
    • Providing timely internal and external client updates.


    • Track record of successful placements
    • You are rigorous in your approach with strict attention to detail.
    • An 'all hands on deck'/ start-up mindset.
    • A data-driven approach to hiring. You know how to look at metrics, translate them into actionable insights and plan ahead.
    • A strong understanding of and experience in hiring within Tech / Digital / Saas / Marketing
