What you will do:
We are looking for a Talent Analyst to join our Talent team, and play a key role in ensuring each talent engagement runs smoothly and efficiently. You will support talent sourcing by performing targeted market research and candidate search. You will engage with clients and candidates, ensuring they receive responses to their questions and queries, are on-boarded onto Movemeback’s tools, scheduling interviews, and escalating issues appropriately to other team members. You will also ensure that data quality is maintained, by ensuring information and updates are correctly reflected in our databases.
Your responsibilities will include:
Talent research: Support talent search by conducting research, including competitor mapping, candidate search, salary research, and more as required
Relationship support: Respond to candidate and organisation queries, requests, and provide reactive administrative and logistical support, e.g. internal interview scheduling, requesting additional information from candidates, turning down unsuccessful applicants etc
Report preparation: prepare final shortlist material by compiling and quality checking all relevant information (e.g. CVs, cover letters, salary requirements, special questions etc)
Candidate & client onboarding & support: Onboard new candidates onto the Movemeback platform, and new clients to Movemeback’s talent tools
Internal administrative support: Manage internal databases to maintain data quality and consistency, including updating candidate information, application statuses, uploading manually provided documents and interview notes etc.

You could be a diplomat - you communicate effectively with tact in sensitive situations. You are able to share information which may be deemed negative in a constructive and considerate manner
To be and even better fit you would ideally have:
Experience managing databases or CRM
Proficiency in using tools such as word, excel, calendars, project management tools
