This role will be responsible for establishing relationships with passive and active candidates to ensure the recruitment funnel is optimised at all times. This enables Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to deliver quality outputs against our hiring roadmap. Providing accurate qualitative and quantitative pipeline data is essential to ensure the Talent function achieves the hiring targets each quarter. This role will also support the newly hired People & Culture Operations Lead with key activities connected to onboarding of colleagues and HR projects. In addition, identifying where we can automate and improve processes to remain efficient and innovative.
Responsible for a data driven approach to sourcing, delivering pipelines within agreed targets and timeframes to enable the optimisation of the sourcing strategy
Development of sourcing strategies that will enable the identification of relevant candidates including ongoing promotion of the Employee Referral Scheme
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as building relationships with candidate communities to drive candidate identification
Responsible for the quality of candidates at the preliminary phase of the selection process
Build and maintain a talent pool to aid the organisation's future hiring needs
Provide reporting metrics on conversion rates from passive candidates to invited for interviews
Provide accurate and timely inputs into the ATS (Workable)
Provide support to the People Operations Lead with coordinating onboarding activities and wider HR projects
Contribute to the evolution of our hiring strategy and processes to keep hiring great talent
Requirements
Proven experience as a successful Talent Resourcer, Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Coordinator or similar
Demonstrable experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Proven track record of how and where to engage with specific candidate audiences and using various channels to achieve this
Competent user of ATS - Workable
Brand Ambassador - ability to positively represent our company and open roles to potential candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and can deliver to deadlines
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Self motivated and results orientated
Collaborative – able to work with a variety of stakeholders
Tenacious – resilient, with a strong work ethic and pride in finding great talent
