Talent Specialist (TM & OE) at Mr Price Group

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Talent Specialist is responsible for executing relevant projects in line with the Talent Management and Organisational Effectiveness strategy. 

You also execute core talent activities to ensure an excellent, equitable and fair associate experience. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Design sound Talent Management and OE initiatives and programs for Groupwide implementation
•  Lead and implement Talent Management and OE projects or initiatives to provide a holistic workplace experience in line with Mr Price values and DNA.
•  Execute the Talent and Leadership strategy and maintain implementation initiatives
•  Partner with stakeholders to support, enable and guide implementation
•  Track and monitor report on various projects 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Related degree or diploma in HR or Industrial and Organisational Psychology
• 4 + years experience in HR generalist or specialist field                                                           

Knowledge/skills required

• HR Generalist / Specialist knowledge
• Practical Project Management
• Both functional knowledge and practical experience are desired in the following areas of Talent Management and OE: 
• Culture and engagement, capability management and assessments, career and mobility management, succession management, talent development, performance management, well-being, DEIB.
• Analytics, reporting and presentation
