Tasks & Accountabilities

• Leading a team of Technical Support Engineers
• Liaising with external vendors (Dell, UTI technology Inc, HP, Lenovo, Mac (Apple))
• Trend analysis and leading problem-solving processes
• Reporting to department head on team performance

Knowledge & Experience

• 3 - 4 years’ experience in providing on-site and telephonic technical support
• Knowledge related to Microsoft + Mac hardware and software technology
• Troubleshooting principles
• Active Directory and SCCM
• Leadership experience

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• A relevant IT qualification MCITP (Diploma) international certification or similar
