JOB DESCRIPTION
- To lead a team of consultants and ensure the team is operating effectively & efficiently in order to managing the Deceased Estates operational processes end-to-end. To assume full responsibility, management and control of all people and activities within the functional area.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Matric
- Certification Deceased Estates
Experience
- 3 - 4 years Bank processes, products and systems. Different stakeholders at different levels, internal and external. MS Office, Teams and other collaboration tools.
- Advantageous: 3-4 years’ experience in Deceased Estates / Customer Credit / Collections
