Purpose Statement
To lead, motivate and manage the Forensic Support team to achieve the business objectives of preventing Capitec Bank's exposure to application fraud, including supporting branches, Direct Loans and New Employer by validating clients identify, employment and financial information.
Experience
Minimum:
3 years’ exposure to application fraud within a banking environment in a leadership or management role
At least 1 years’ experience in leading/managing a team
In an environment which required validating work
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Forensics or Finance
Knowledge
Minimum:
