    Developer: Back End (COBOL)

    Purpose Statement

    • Responsible for task design and task & project development of Capitec Bank Back-End applications according to specifications

    Experience

    Min:

    • At least 3 years’ proven experience in Cobol development within an on-line and / or batch environment

    Manager: Decision Science

    Purpose Statement

    • To ensure the objectives, plans, processes and standards within the (Collections, Recoveries and Account Management  / Granting Model) function align with those of Credit Decision Support and Credit Management as a whole.

    Scrum Master

    Purpose Statement

    To Provide guidance to self-organising feature teams to operate more effectively within the bank by:

    • Ensuring the optimal use / application of Agile practices and tools, and 

    • Driving the continuous improvement and Agile maturity of the feature teams during the facilitation of Agile ceremonies (including sprint planning, stand-up, retrospective and review). 

    Experience

    Minimum:

    • Experience being a Scrum Master for at least 4-5 years

    • Proven experience in the application of one or more of the following:

      • Agile values and principles;

      • Scrum principles, practices and theory 

      • Kanban principles, practices and theory

    Technical Support Engineer

    Purpose Statement

    • To provide technical / desktop support to users at Campus, Regional Office and roaming users of Capitec Bank (responsible for all geographic regions other than Western Cape).

    Qualifications
