    Team Leader: Forex Service Support

    Purpose Statement

    • To drive optimal client experience through establishing an excellent and consistent service delivery to Capitec Forex clients.
    • To lead and oversee a team responsible for communicating with clients regarding international payments
    • To support Forex Payments with the releasing of international payments in compliance with various policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

     
    Experience

    Minimum:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in the Forex environment
    • Processing of inward payments and the application of various FinSurv categories
    • Experience in FinSurv reporting requirements
    • Leadership experience
    • Client experience tactics

    Ideal:

    • 5+ years’ experience in the Forex environment
    • Quality assurance and control
    • Previous supervisory experience

    Qualifications (Minimum)

    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Banking or Finance
    • Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
    • Certification in Banking or Finance
