Team Leader Shift at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description    

• Ensures the optimal operation and functioning of all Infrastructure at the Bakery.
• To provide technical support / Troubleshooting
• Industrial relations Management 
• Maintenance Planning
• Required to work rotational shifts, Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays as per shift roster including night shift.
• Must be able to work in a highly pressurised manufacturing environment with hot and noisy conditions

Qualification Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Registered Artisan (Dept of Labour) Red Seal is essential.

Experience Requirements    

• 7 to 8 years related experience In an FMCG industry in a similar role.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role at a supervisor level.
