Team Leader: Warehouse at Motus Aftermarket Parts

Job Description    

• Alert Engine Parts is searching for a enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join the team in Port Elizabeth.
• The purpose of this position is to supervisor the binning and inventory team, among others. 

Specific Role Responsibilities    

Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to; 

• Capture all binning documentation on ELCB.
• Binning of stock into the correct bins
• Keeping within the KPI of 2 days outstanding binning
• Having the correct stock levels in Bins
• Checking the accuracy of physical stock against the system stock.
• Ensure that housekeeping is maintained throughout the DC.
• Refilling of Bins from Bulk stock to Pick-faces.
• Control the counting of stock.
• Investigate stock shortages.
• Capturing adjustments of stock levels
• Monitoring KPI's of Binning and Inventory counts.
• Managing the Binning and inventory teams
• Maintain disciplines within updating the Gemba board daily

Qualifications and Experience    

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate is essential.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment/role
• Computer literate
• Experience in WMS
• Good understanding of Health and Safety systems, and 5S housekeeping.
