In collaboration with Marketing, Buying, and other relevant business departments, the Team Manager: Analytics will be responsible for supporting and implementing high-quality, data-driven decisions. Leading cross-functional teams, the Team Manager: Analytics will be utilising advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.

• The successful candidate should have a Bachelors Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7 in Mathematical Sciences, IT and Computer Sciences, Physical Sciences, Business Management, Business Sciences or Economics.
• He/She would have 5+ years Business and data analysis, solution design and testing, data modelling; 3 + years Leading of high-performance teams; and Fluency in a programming language (R, Python, SQL).
• The ideal candidate would also have experience with common data science toolkits (R, SAS, Alteryx, Knime) and with data visualisation tools, as well as stakeholder management at an executive level.
