We are looking for a Media Analytics Manager to create and deliver valuable data-based insights, predictions, and recommendations for the business by combining the use of data analytics and business process management for an Integrated Media Solution coordinating across various business units (Pricing and Promotions, Rewards, Sc Optimisation, Digital, and Epos). To monitor and analyse data across all media channels, and supports the Media business unit in achieving business objectives.
The ideal candidate for this role would have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business or Finance or equivalent practical experience. He/She would have 8 years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics; as well as experience in using relational databases for SQL queries, database definition, and schema design and experience with building and presenting operational dashboards.
The Supplier and Service Level Manager will be accountable for driving IT supplier relationships that lead to the development of additional value, improved operational efficiencies, service levels, key performance indicators, and long-term cost avoidance.
