The Supplier and Service Level Manager will be accountable for driving IT supplier relationships that lead to the development of additional value, improved operational efficiencies, service levels, key performance indicators, and long-term cost avoidance.

This will be achieved through

• developing, managing and maintaining business relationships with approved suppliers in order to
• maximize the value of our partnerships;
•  negotiating, monitoring and reporting on service level agreements and ensuring these agreements are met and adhered to;
•  ensuring all IT Service Management processes, operational level agreements and underpinning contracts are relevant and appropriate for the agreed service level targets.
• The ideal candidate for this role would have a Bachelors's Degree (3 years) / NQF level 7- Study Direction - Engineering Sciences; or - Study Field - IT and Computer Sciences.
• He/She would have 5 - 8 years of experience in IT Management as well as 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Implementation of projects.
