Tech Lead at Boardroom Appointments

Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor their team members to continuously look for ways to improve the code quality that they produce.
• Provide architectural and design direction and ensure their team understands the trade-offs of the design decisions.
• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems
• Guiding their team through technical issues and challenges
• Ensure code review healthiness promotes collaboration, spreads knowledge, reduces bugs, and glues the team together.
• Promote collaboration and engagement of their team.
• Ensure their team ships high-quality code and continuously look for ways to increase the velocity of delivered business value.
• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3+ years spent as a Technical Lead.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Domain-Driven Design, and Test-Driven Development
• Experience with Scrum software development methodologies**

Tech requirements:

• C#, Angular, ABP, .Net, HTML5, CSS3, JS, MSSQL

DevSecOps tools required:

• Visual Studio, Rider, Web Storm, Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure App Insight, Slack, Kiuwan (SAST) & Contrast (IAST)
