Technical Business Analyst - IT EMEA at MCC Label

The EMEA IT Business Systems division is looking for adding a Technical Business Analyst, who will work on activities related to the support, improvement and roll outs of several business IT systems throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in projects for the implementation and evolution of business systems (ERP, BI, MIS, Scheduling, Data Collection, etc.) for plants located in Europe and Africa
• Roll out standard processes/configurations and identify functionality gapsy
• Analysing and reviewing the Business Requirements and client change requests, and assess their nature (development request, defect, set up error) and priority of the request.
• Documenting of business requirements using project management methodology
• Providing development team with detailed specifications and exhaustive test cases
• Delivering client trainings
• Carry out support activities for business systems, using ticketing systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, through the analysis and optimization of processes
• Contribute to the evolution of business systems through their configuration, the development of reports, the creation of interfaces to third parties.
• Testing and production of new releases or patches
• Constant collaboration with colleagues located in different globally distributed groups

SKILL & EXPERIENCES

• At least 3 years of work experience related to the implementation and support of complex business systems, such as ERP or similar
• Very familiar with report development, including use of Crystal Reports would be considered a plus.
• Expert knowledge of SQL language and ability to navigate and extract and import data to and from database.
• Write SQL queries.
