Technical Business Analyst at Rewardsco

We’re hiring! A vacancy is available for a Technical Business Analyst. The purpose of this role is to define project requirements in line with business and enterprise technical needs, designing and recommending innovative agile solutions that deliver value to stakeholders, as well as demonstrating operational effectiveness and excellence in the business in line with the organisational strategy.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Draft and manage relevant and detailed Business Requirement Specifications and applicable User-Stories that define business requirements and possible solutions with clear principles, processes and implementation practices
• Research and analyze business requirements for best practice or best business-model fit
• Co-champion agile delivery methods and adoption of minimum viable product with continuous improvement
• Take the lead in onboarding of new technologies and processes, liaising with other units to manage dependencies and risks
• Drive and manage testing (User Acceptance Testing) for developed solutions
• Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Technical BA role
• Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in consulting for Business/IT transformation or in a role with comparable responsibility
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the application of agile principles and frameworks, as well as Scrum and Kanban methodology
• Has worked in a project environment with responsibility to drive deliverables in a timely manner
