Minimum - Competencies         

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:  

• Project management principles and methodologies, Project Management Skills,  Knowledge of legal compliance, Research and development      
• Computer-aided engineering applications, technical report writing, networking, Solutions orientated

GENERIC COMPETENCIES:

• Decision making, Teamwork, Analytical skills, Creativity, Self-Management, Customer focus and responsiveness, communication, computer skills,     Planning and organising, Problem solving and analysis.

Requirements         

• National Senior Certificate, recognised Advanced Diploma/ BSC/ BSC Honours in Quantity Surveying field. Registration as Candidate Quantity Surveyor with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) is compulsory. South African Citizen.  Valid Driving licence.
