As the technical manager, you will support the business with an efficient technical function that is essential to all our manufactured products, by managing all aspects of technical design and administration, detailed manufacturing drawings, Quality Assurance & Quality control, technical Guidelines, Procedures and Systems
Part of your responsibilities will include preparing of reports and technical support to production and procurement of maintenance services and creation of orders on SRM
Factory maintenance by effectively managing input and outputs of maintenance management system within all areas of responsibility
You attend to routine, general and breakdown maintenance to factory, equipment and buildings
Management of maintenance contractors through permit to work system
Adhere to SHEQ, Compliance, policies and procedures and compliance to ISO9001:2015 quality system
What makes you great
You possess a Bachelors or B degree in Mechanical Engineering qualification
You have already gained at least 5 - 10 years of experience in a cryogenic pressure vessel, road tankers, cryogenic equipment and LPG environments including manufacturing of cryogenic equipment, cryogenic pressure vessel designs and codes, process equipment knowledge, Factory maintenance and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
You have the ability to liaise at high level with customers on technical
Managing a technical department consisting of engineering and quality assurance
Technical drawing design, reading and administration with Computer Aided Design (CAD) and experience in SAP PM
