Job Purpose

• To assist in driving company strategic sales and marketing objectives.
• To achieve sales budgets(volume and revenue targets) through effective strategic action involving customer relations, effective communication and product strategies.
• To effectively operate and control the sales territory/segment and customer portfolio.
• To market the company’s product and services to the allocated customers/segment according to company strategic imperatives and with the Sales Manager’s guidance.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Qualifications required to fulfil the role

• Matric with Maths and Science
• Recognised business qualification e.g Sales & Marketing Diploma

Specific Work Experience, Knowledge and Skills required to fulfil the role

• 5 years experience in construction(Waterproofing Specifically), technical selling/ site management experience.
• Professional selling & negotiation skills experience.
• Key accounts management experience.
• Credit Control Management Facilitation.
• Computer Literacy (SAP and MS Office) and ability to analyze data experience essential.
• Accuracy and pay great attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings will be an added advantage.
• Teamwork is essential due to remoteness team.
• Good planning and organisational skills to ensure workloads are managed effectively.
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (internally & externally).
• Sound administrative and organisational skills.
• Initiative and enthusiasm.
• Valid Drivers license.
