Technical Sales & Operations Manager at Hire Resolve

• Are you an experienced water treatment professional with a strong technical background and proven sales experience?
• Our client is a small, ambitious and growing business specialising in water purification and affiliated water services. They supply, install and maintain water treatment systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
• They are looking for a Technical Sales & Operations Manager to take on a key, hands-on role within the business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

• This role will suit someone who can combine technical water treatment knowledge, sales ability and project experience, while taking ownership from the initial client enquiry through to project delivery.

You will be involved in:

• Generating new business and developing client relationships
• Assessing client requirements and recommending suitable water treatment solutions
• Preparing quotations, proposals and system specifications
• Managing projects from sale through to installation and commissioning
• Supporting and coordinating technical teams
• Contributing to business growth and day-to-day operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years' experience in water treatment
• Proven experience in technical sales and project delivery
• Strong knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, reverse osmosis, pumps, dosing and disinfection
• Experience supervising technical teams and managing multiple projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's licence
• Relevant technical qualification or trade background advantageous
• Strong practical experience and a proven delivery record
