    Technical Service Consultant

    Overview

    • Seeking a Technical Service Consultant to provide support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth system performance in a customer-facing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide remote technical support
    • Troubleshoot system and SQL/database issues
    • Manage support tickets and escalations
    • Assist with reporting, data queries, and system setup
    • Maintain clear documentation

    Key Skills

    • Microsoft SQL Server (MS SQL)
    • SQL querying & troubleshooting
    • Technical support experience
    • Strong problem-solving & communication skills

    Experience

    • 3+ years SQL experience
    • 2+ years in technical/customer support

    Nice to Have

    • SSRS / Power BI
    • POS or retail system exposure
