Manage Training Academy
Maintain SAQA and SASSETA standards (if and when required)
Maintain PSIRA, CSD and Vendor registrations
Training of Installers and End-users
Training of Staff
Product Knowledge and Solutions:
Product Specialist on all security products
Design of Security Solutions
Competent Sales Engineers
Minimum Requirements
B Degree or equivalent in electronic engineering or computer science
Certificate in business management and administration
10 to 15 years work experience as Tech Service Manager
Management experience of Technical Services
Management experience of Training Academy
Management experience of Internal Technical Systems
Security Product Knowledge
Design of Security Solutions
