    Senior Depot Manager - Polokwane

    Description

    • Financial management, budget vs performance, Forcasts of stock movement and analysis.
    • Personell management

    • Stock Management, ensure stock counts takes place, stock orders are done accurately in in timely manner and receiving of stock and selling thereof is done accurately and according to policies and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Payroll Administrator - Reitz - Free State

    Responsibilities

    • Full payroll function of allocated department and/or entities (± 1000 employees)
    • Ensure compliance with required standards and deadlines
    • Reconciliation of General Ledger
    • Reconciliation and payments of all statutory returns
    • All third-party payments
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Updates all monthly payroll financial records
    • Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, etc.
