Stock Management, ensure stock counts takes place, stock orders are done accurately in in timely manner and receiving of stock and selling thereof is done accurately and according to policies and procedures.
Managment meetings with area management are done and meetings with depot staff also take place.
Ensure maintenance are done as per manual and managed according to budget, al expenses to be communicated to manager.
Monitor fuel consumption of all vehicles and machinery on site, deviations to be communicated to direct manager immediately.
Ensure premises adhere to food safety standards.
Zero tolerance towards substandard quality.
Manage risk within depot with regards to Health and Safety
Identify and resolve processes compromising Food Safety and Health and Safety.
Management of Fuel movement, including reconciliation, ordering and consumption reports
Cost Control and effective fleet control within depots.
Report on fleet movement with emphasis on planning and usage patterns (Highs and lows)
Effective utilization of fleet
Optimum stock levels
Limit losses of stock
Customer service to increase revenue
Dealing with complaints, and problem solving
Managing of expenses

Ensure registers and overtime sheets/roosters are up to date and completed according to policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/ NQF4
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role within the retail sector
Continuously adding value to the industry through reaching the organizations' strategic and operational goals
Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills in the MS Office package.
