    Technical Support / Onboarding Agent (m/f/d) for the German market

    Your Tasks

    • You are the first line support for our products and platforms, via phone, email and through our ticket system.
    • You find the best ways to solve our customers' problems.
    • You carry out profound and systematic error searches
    • You work with different teams within eKomi to get needed information and solve technical problems.
    • You help our customers with product migration.

    Qualification

    Your Profile

    • Knowledge of IT or a related technical discipline preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of MySQL
    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript & API
    • Familiarity with ticket systems
    • Basic knowledge of common shop systems such as Magento, Shopware, Shopify, etc. is an advantage
    • Good problem solving skills and customer oriented attitude
    • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
