Technician Assistant at Epiroc

• Join our team as a Technician Assistant. You will play a key role to support to technicians in various tasks related to the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of electronic equipment and systems under supervision

Your Mission:

• Assist with the installation and setup of electronic equipment, including wiring and configuration.
• Support routine maintenance, fault finding, and basic repair activities under supervision.
• Learn to use diagnostic tools and technical documentation to troubleshoot electronic systems.Assist with basic testing of electronic components and systems.
• Support quality control checks and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Use electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Assist with assembly, disassembly, wiring, and basic prototype builds.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, reports, and assist with packaging of repaired units
• Comply with all health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.Support engineers and technicians, maintain a clean work environment, and participate in training and development activities.

Your Profile:

• Basic understanding of electronic principles, components, and systems is beneficial.
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment commonly used in electronic maintenance and repair tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some vocational training or coursework in electronics or a related field may be an advantage.
