Monitor client's mainframe.
Starting, stopping and cancellation of mainframe jobs as defined in the processes provided. Escalations of anomalies experienced on shift.
Back-up includes monitoring, reporting, restarting and escalations.
Respond to client enquiries and escalate problems that cannot be resolved.
Knowledge of methods and tools, which are utilised on the client infrastructure
Co-ordinate and monitors actions to meet agreed time and quality targets to ensure Business continuity to client.
Adhere to BCX policies and procedures
Functional Skills and Knowledge Required
