    Junior Account Support Professional

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administrative support to the Finance function.
    • Assist with processing and reconciliation of debtors and creditors.
    • Manage Petty Cash and perform daily cashbook processing.
    • Assist with month-end financial reconciliations and other accounting duties.
    • Maintain accurate records and information related to Trust and Brokerage processes.
    • Address finance-related queries and perform other accounting duties as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12 essential.

    Project Manager – Engineering / Customer Implementation Projects

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead large and complex customer implementation and plant projects
    • Develop project execution strategies following sales handover
    • Establish and manage agreed project schedule baselines
    • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors and project partners
    • Manage cost, schedule, quality and EHS performance
    • Monitor project risks and opportunities
    • Manage scope changes, technical deviations and change orders
    • Develop and manage claims strategies
    • Lead commercial discussions with customers, subcontractors and partners
    • Conduct project reviews and executive-level reporting
    • Coordinate site briefings, documentation and project handovers
    • Maintain senior-level customer and contractor relationships

    • Capture lessons learned and best practices following project completion

    Minimum Requirements

    • Mechanical Engineering degree – essential
    • Current PMP certification – essential
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
    • Proven delivery of large, complex industrial or plant implementation projects
    • Strong experience within FMCG, industrial manufacturing, food processing or process engineering environments
    • Experience working with international or regional stakeholders
    • Strong commercial experience covering scope, risk, claims, variations and negotiations
    • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and contractors
    • Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capability
    • Must be available for regional and international travel across Africa, the Middle East and India

    Parts & Logistics Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain accurate and competitive parts pricing
    • Ensure strong parts availability and fill rates
    • Oversee dealer inventory levels based on demand forecasting
    • Manage parts distribution, logistics efficiency, imports and Customs liaison
    • Maintain and update parts catalogues and supersession information
    • Support dealers with technical parts identification and compatibility
    • Develop and refine accessory offerings based on market demand
    • Analyse parts consumption, buying behaviour and market trends
    • Provide support and training to dealership parts teams
    • Manage parts ordering, procurement and supply chain processes
    • Monitor stock shortages and improve stock turnover

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business or Technical Engineering preferred
    • Proven experience in Parts & Accessories Management
    • Previous OEM or dealership environment experience highly advantageous
    • Strong knowledge of technical parts catalogues, supersession tracking and inventory control
    • Experience with pricing structures, demand forecasting and product development
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
    • Experience with ERP and inventory systems such as SAP, CDK or similar
    • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work closely with sales, aftersales, dealerships and external suppliers

    After Sales Consultant

     MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Customer Service and Communication: Welcome customers, manage service process, provide updates, obtain authorisations, arrange transport.
    • Preparation and Booking Administration: Pre-assess bookings, print job cards, check parts requirements.
    • Warranty, Motor Plan and Authorisations: Check validity, obtain authorisations, process claims.
    • Quotations, Invoicing and Payments: Prepare quotes, complete invoicing, follow up on payments.
    • Vehicle Handover and Collection: Confirm readiness, arrange collection, explain work completed.
    • Systems, Records and Administration: Update systems, maintain records, complete necessary documentation.
    • Internal Coordination: Liaise with workshop, parts department, and service manager, attend service meetings.

    PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

    • Excellent customer service, accurate documentation, effective coordination, timely processing, and system maintenance.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Previous After Sales or Service Department experience
    • Computer literate
    • Driver’s license
