Fulfill research and development functions such as literature research, laboratory test work, time studies, plant observations or investigations, plant commissioning, change management, troubleshooting, process design, mass balances and other relevant calculations or process modelling
Monitor various Production Plant performance and condition.
Produce technical reports documenting all relevant information and recommendations to management
Keep the database on the Plants up to date.
Investigate any problems that occur and will be responsible for initiating, managing and implementing improvements to the Plant in terms of production, safety, efficiency, ergonomics and environment.
Report identified issues to the relevant Head of Departments and work with them to correct the issues.
May be required to work shifts, overtime and standby as required.
