Telecoms Business Support Specialist at Nebula

Education:

• Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.

Experience

• 3-5 Years’ experience within the Telecommunications Industry.

Other:

• Excellent Communicator

• Highly professional and articulate

• High attention to detail

• Excellent client engagement skills

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Keep an accurate account of all Simcards, handsets and respective user lists.

• Keep an accurate account of all Telecom Infrastructure and Site or branch list.

• Accurately manage all budgets and do financial reporting

• Manage all operations (Installations, faults and system administration)

• Documentation and configuration management database

• Service Delivery Management (Vendor and change management)

• Capacity and Compliance Management (Configuration, Performance and capacity reviews)

• Projects (Preliminary feasibility study, scope and execution)
