Telesales Clerk | Wholesale at Essential Health Pharmacy Group

An exciting position exists for the right candidate to join our team at our Wholesaler. The position is based in the Helderberg Area and the successful candidate should preferably reside in the area.

Summary of the position:

• To carry out duties related to Telesales and Order Execution procedures and is responsible to maintain a disciplined work environment.

Responsibilities:

Include the following but not limited to:

• Selling of products to clients telephonically
• Provide product information to clients
• Promote the Wholesaler to customers
• Handle basic customer complaints
• Forward serious customer complaints to Management
• Assign new customers
• Address price differentiation
• Assist with all other Telesales & Ordering Execution duties

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Grade 12
• 3 Years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills - Afrikaans and English
• Computer Literate
• Numerical Acumen – basic mathematical/numerical skills
• Good physical condition - healthy
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Resilient - ability to handle a stressful/pressurised environment
• Clear criminal record and credentials
