TEMP Debtors Clerk at Kelly

Introduction:
Our client is looking for a Debtors Clerk for a 6 month contract for their company.

N.B. Successful applicant will start on 17 February 2020.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices and credit notes.
• Queries relating to invoices.
• Following up on unallocated deposits and allocation of receipts to individual debtors’ accounts.
• Allocation of card payments and cheque administration (petty cash).
• Ensure control account balances.
• Petty cash control.
• Stock control.
• Debtors age analysis report.
• Provide clients with statements monthly.
• Desired Experience & Qualification:
• Matric.
• Must have a BCom degree.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in the finance field.
• Must be immediately available.

Package & Remuneration:

• R20,000 - R25,000 per month
